Profile
Briefing categories
Pick at least one. Default: Recall + Lucidity.
Sharing
Private is the default. Group sharing is never public — only groups you belong to.
Personalization consent and sharing consent are separate. You can have one without the other.
Email test
App emails (Agent briefings, onboarding, replies) require personalization consent above. Supabase Auth emails (sign-in / magic link) are configured separately via SMTP — see README > Resend email.
Agent preset — 10 prompts (v1)
This gives your Dream Agent context. Answer what you want; skip the rest.
Never, a few times, regular, nightly — whatever fits. No wrong answer.
E.g. almost never, a few per week, one per night, several per night.
Bedtime, wake time, naps, shift work — the Agent uses this for timing.
Places, people, themes, or impossible physics that show up again and again.
A skill, a healing, an idea, a decision, exploration — or something else.
From Tara Brach / Radical Acceptance. Only share what you want the Agent to hold.
Art, writing, music, building, problem-solving — or just play.
Optional. The Agent will be gentle and will never push past what you set.

Minutes matter more than hours. Honest beats ambitious here.
